Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
